Questions

Before you choose.

You send the denial as a de-identified summary, from your ClaimParrot account or the request form. The ClaimParrot packet engine drafts the appeal letter, evidence checklist and, for level-of-care denials, the criteria crosswalk and peer-to-peer brief; a person checks the draft; and the Word files arrive in your account or at your work email. Your clinician fills in the bracketed patient details, signs and submits.

A complete packet of either type, standard or level-of-care, with no card needed. Pay for the packets after that, or move to an Appeal Desk plan once denials are recurring.

No. Single packets are paid per packet. Appeal Desk plans renew automatically every month until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime; Appeal Desk 10 includes 10 packets a month and Appeal Desk 25 25, each delivered within 2 business days.

No. Requests are de-identified: the form blocks names, dates of birth, member IDs and calendar dates, and the packet keeps bracketed placeholders that your team fills in before submitting. Because no protected health information is accepted, no business associate agreement is needed, and ClaimParrot does not sign one.

Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record, so your receipt and invoice come from Paddle and sales tax or VAT is handled at checkout. You can request a full refund within 30 days of any payment; see the refund policy.

Yes, through the 30-day design-partner pilot: your team gets the workspace (routing, evidence checklists, packet drafting and review controls) on fictional or de-identified cases, with weekly workflow reviews.

No. Every packet is a draft for qualified human review. ClaimParrot does not determine medical necessity, provide legal or clinical advice, or promise payment or overturn rates.
